WRCF established the annual Arts Grants Fund in 2020 to fill the funding gap available to local artists and support Fundholders who want their funds directed specifically to the arts. The annual fund stream is managed by WRCF, and applications for funding are reviewed by a volunteer committee comprised of Waterloo Region residents who are also part of the local arts community.
